Collingham Oxford is a small Tutorial College in the centre of Oxford, offering both English Language teaching (at all levels from Beginner to Advanced Proficiency), and academic studies for GCSE & A-level. Courses run throughout the year, and may last from 1 week to 2 years. Teaching is in small groups - or individually if required - by experienced teachers.
All EFL courses may be combined with studies in academic subjects; a programme of social activities and visits can be arranged during vacation courses. There are specialist courses in Business English, and a carefully-structured course for students preparing for admission to British Boarding Schools. The College can also offer vacation courses (including half-terms) to students from such schools who are unable to return home.
The minimum age at which students are normally accepted is 13; accommodation is arranged with local host families.
